We’re responsible for keeping an eye on Primark’s social and sustainability commitments as part of our Primark Cares strategy. As part of our 130-strong team, you’ll collaborate with suppliers, champion ethical practices, and make a tangible difference. All with the purpose of ensuring we meet social compliance, environmental sustainability & legislative requirements, industry initiatives and standards.
What You’ll Do as an Ethical Trade Coordinator
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:
- Lead ETES Data Reporting: Manage reporting requirements with a strong focus on Social Audit data, while expanding support across broader ETES data needs. Develop, deliver and maintain dynamic dashboards, analytics and trend insights that meet evolving regional requirements.
- Apply ESG and Social Governance Expertise: Demonstrate a solid understanding of ESG principles, specifically social corporate governance and its four pillars: accountability, transparency, fairness and responsibility.
- Provide Insightful Trend & Theme Analysis: Analyse Ethical, Structural and Environmental audit data to identify patterns, themes and trends. Present clear, actionable insights to key stakeholders and support follow-up, monitoring and progress tracking.
- Foster Strong Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Act as a key liaison across the ETES team and wider business functions to ensure alignment and support shared goals.
- Ensure Accurate Data & Process Compliance: Support regional teams by ensuring accurate system inputs, adherence to verification processes and maintaining high standards of data integrity.
- Enable Continuous Improvement: Contribute to ongoing development of reporting processes, tools and best practices to enhance insights, data quality and decision-making across the organisation.
