What you’ll do
If you’re a people person, there’s lots to love about this role. Day-to-day, this is what you can expect.
- Partnering with the Store Manager(s), accountable for the P&C strategy and purpose to all our colleagues in-store.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to the retail management team and in-store People and Culture team, providing strategic and consultative functional advice.
- Coaching and development the retail management teams to deliver high performance through colleagues who are engaged and developed.
- Responsible for the governance of people policy, process and practice and adherence to regulatory, legal and compliance requirements in store.
- Role model the Primark values and behaviours playing a key role in the culture of Primark, creating an environment where we are able to deliver an amazing colleague and customer experience.
What you’ll bring

- Proven HR professional from a comparable background.
- Excellent organisational skills – you are able to manage multiple priorities as well as customers, and a high colleague headcount.

- Strong influencing and communication skills – to challenge, engage, and inspire at all levels.
