We are looking for a talented Packaging designer with at least 3 years’ experience in Packaging & Labelling Design. Working as part of a small in‑house design team you will have confidence to use your initiative to get the job done creatively and to a high standard.
What You’ll Do:
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day‑to‑day:
- Responsible for creating the brand\’s presence and focusing on our customers in store experience via packaging and labelling solutions.
- Lead packaging & labelling design briefs from conception to artwork.
- Creating and developing packaging & labelling designs, crafting logos, branding elements.
- Ensuring Primark packaging & labelling is on brand.
- Creating innovative packaging design solutions relevant to the company briefs.
- Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Working within short deadlines and fast turnaround times.
What You’ll Bring:

- Degree in design or equivalent.
- 3+ years’ Packaging graphic design experience is a must.
- Innovative & creative approach blended with common sense & commerciality.
- A meticulous attention to detail – a passion for accuracy and consistency.
- A keen eye for typography.
- Iconography and visualisation skills desirable.
- Highly fluent on a Mac‑based machine operating in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator.
