What you’ll do as an Operations Manager:
- Work with our 3PL partner to deliver an industry leading safety culture creating a great and safe place to work.
- Consistent delivery of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) through continuous improvement and collaboration with third party logistics partners.
- Work cross functionally with the digital and tech teams to drive continuous improvement into our click and collect pick and pack process.
- Consistently deliver world class service and accuracy to our customers.
- Create and deliver an innovation plan that ensures the distribution centre is fit for the future through the delivery of new technology and automation.
- Work collaboratively whilst holding third party logistics and transport providers accountable to contractual KPI’s and metrics.
- Influence and deliver against agreed commercial targets and budgeted expenditure.
- Develop commercial proposals for automation and mechanisation projects that streamline the operation as volume grows.
- Analyse data to understand the impact of changes to business strategy on the operation and represent the logistics function in the decision‑making process.
