What You’ll Do

  • CFE Standards & system Ownership: Lead the creation, governance, and upkeep of all Primark Centre Floor Equipment (CFE) standards within the system, covering new retail concepts, F&F, department planning guidelines, ISE equipment, internal signage, 3D models, production drawings, and drawing registers.
  • Concept Design & Equipment Development: Develop new retail equipment concepts aligned to Primark’s retail DNA, sustainability principles, and production techniques; produce design briefs, 3D visualisations, SketchUp models, and support design development through prototyping to BAU rollout.
  • Guru, Storespace & Smart Block Integration: Create, test, and manage beta pages, equipment profiles, PK codes, hyperlinks, metadata, smart blocks, AutoCAD libraries, and Storespace interfaces to ensure accurate planning and Bill of Quantities generation.
  • Design Governance & Documentation Control: Act as gatekeeper for all planning and design guideline standards, producing and maintaining department planning guidelines, Blue Book updates (minimum two releases per year), version control, and archiving of superseded content.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main point of contact for Design, Fixture Development, DM, VM, Brand teams, and system managers, representing Guru at CFE forums and managing briefing, feedback, and external cost approvals.
  • Training, Quality Assurance & Compliance: Format, upload, and quality‑check all technical and production documentation, including EHS certificates; test platform integrations; and deliver training to stakeholders on new concepts, planning principles, and smart block usage.
