What You’ll Do as a Learning Product Manager
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:

Shape Global Learning Strategy: You’ll lead the development of a clear and compelling learning strategy that supports colleagues at all levels across Primark’s global business. Your work will ensure learning is aligned with business needs and reflects industry best practices.

Deliver High-Impact Learning Projects: You’ll manage multiple end-to-end learning projects across functions like Retail, Buying & Merchandising, and Central Functions. You’ll ensure each programme delivers measurable impact and return on investment.

Design Innovative Learning Solutions: You’ll create engaging, blended learning products and programmes that address complex business challenges. Your solutions will be tailored to drive performance and support continuous development.

Partner with Senior Stakeholders: You’ll work closely with senior leaders to identify strategic learning needs and challenges. You’ll oversee the development of innovative solutions that support business goals and drive cultural change.

Optimise Learning Content & Tools: You’ll implement and maintain effective content management systems, ensuring learning materials are organised, up-to-date, and impactful. You’ll also stay ahead of learning trends and technologies, recommending new tools to enhance Primark’s learning ecosystem.

Coach and Develop Learning Teams: You’ll activate and support the global L&D delivery team, coaching and upskilling learning professionals across the business. You’ll also act as a subject matter expert, providing insight and guidance to stakeholders on learning best practices.

Extensive L&D Experience: You’ll bring 8+ years of proven experience in Learning & Development, with a strong track record of leading progressive learning strategies that drive measurable impact.

Strategic Influence: You’ll have experience influencing senior leaders across the business to enable the successful delivery of key learning initiatives and embed a culture of continuous development.

Expertise in Learning Design: You’ll apply corporate learning principles and best practices to develop complex, global learning products and programmes that meet diverse business needs.

Tech-Savvy Learning Professional: You’ll be proficient in learning technologies and authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate, using them to create engaging and effective content.

Strong Communicator: You’ll have excellent communication, writing, and editing skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and tailor messaging to different audiences.

Global Mindset & Team Leadership: You’ll bring experience in rolling out global learning programmes with cultural sensitivity, and a passion for developing others through coaching and team leadership.
