What you’ll do:
- Deliver the P&C administration activities in your store demonstrating a high level of trust, collaboration, confidentiality, and diplomacy with all Colleagues.
- A generalist administrative role covering all area of P&C including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, talent and succession, employee relations, engagement and well‑being.
- Support the Store Management Team and the Store P&C Business Partner to deliver the people agenda in-store.
- Report on P&C activities and keep our KPIs on track.
What you’ll bring:
- Ideally some previous experience working as an Administrator.
- Working knowledge of local employment legislation and best practice.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to be flexible and prioritize.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an effective and persuasive communication style.
- Good problem‑solving skills, with an interest in developing commercial acumen – we’re all about learning here!
- A passion to do a good job.
