Location: Cluster covering Peterborough, Cambridge, Milton Keynes Centre & Stadium

Salary: £Competitive + bonus, and medical benefit - with 27 days annual leave & pension

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent – Monday to Friday. This is a store based role with no hybrid working.

What you’ll do:

  • Partnering with the Store Manager(s), accountable for the P&C strategy and purpose to all our colleagues in-store.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to the retail management team and in‑store People and Culture team, providing strategic and consultative functional advice.
  • Coaching and developing the retail management teams to deliver high performance through colleagues who are engaged and developed.
  • Responsible for the governance of people policy, process and practice and adherence to regulatory, legal and compliance requirements in store.
  • Role model the Primark values and behaviours playing a key role in the culture of Primark, creating an environment where we are able to deliver an amazing colleague and customer experience.

  • Proven HR professional from a comparable background.
  • Excellent organisational skills – you are able to manage multiple priorities as well as customers, and a high colleague headcount.
  • Problem‑solving, analytical, and relationship‑building skills, as well as a high level of commercial acumen.
