Current challenges and goals: We are preparing to launch Glow25 in Italy. To achieve this goal, we need a dedicated professional who will create compelling texts in Italian and translate existing content into Italian. This expansion represents a significant milestone for our company, and having native-level Italian communication is essential to connect authentically with our new target audience and ensure a successful market entry.
Your responsibilities:
- Copywriting Excellence: You will create high-converting texts for our website, emails, sales pages, ads, and social media channels in Italian.
- Translation & Transcreation: You will translate content from German or English into Italian, ensuring cultural relevance and emotional impact through transcreation rather than literal translation.
- Market Research & Audience Analysis: You will conduct research and analyses regarding the Italian target audience to develop persuasive messages that resonate with Italian women.
- Trendscouting & Content Creation: You will proactively identify trends and contribute to the creation of content pieces that are relevant for the Italian market.
- Community Management: You will support interactions with Italian customers on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook groups, TikTok), responding to messages and comments.
You have the following experience:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in Italian copywriting
- Native-level Italian (C2) and English at C1 level; German is optional but advantageous
- Expertise in copywriting and storytelling/storyselling
- Knowledge of performance marketing and brand marketing
- Experience with transcreation (not just translation)
- Must-have tools: Google Workspace
- Nice to have: Asana, Slack, Langdock (and AI tools in general)
