The AVEVA E3D Administrator is a key technical role responsible for the implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of AVEVA E3D software within the organization. The role requires strong expertise in PML and .NET, with hands-on experience in AVEVA Engineering considered an advantage.
Key Tasks And Responsibilities:
- Project Setup & Administration: Configure and maintain AVEVA E3D projects, including database structures, access control, and user management. Global Administration of Aveva E3D, which includes setting up satellite databases, managing global communications, and handling data extracts. Establish and enforce project-specific procedures and company standards for E3D usage.
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of AVEVA E3D, Paragon, PML, CATS, SPECS, and related modules. Perform system customization, macro development, and automation using PML and .NET to optimize productivity and workflow efficiency. Manage integration workflows for 3D model export/import with fabrication and engineering analysis tools. Creation of Catalogues for all disciplines, as per vendor data.
