A bit about the role: My client is looking for a highly motivated individual, who is passionate about understanding customer problems, and able to deliver high-quality solutions on time. The Software Engineer will be responsible for architecting, designing, and implementing embedded software into industrial devices. You will lead, mentor, and oversee the Embedded Software/ Firmware Team, focusing on firmware architecture and standardising components for next-generation products. Collaborate on system-level requirements and derive firmware specific and device specific functional requirements for current and future projects. Establish and govern the source code repository structure (e.g., GIT).
