We are looking for a high-energy, proactive Inside Sales Representative with a proven ability to consistently exceed sales targets. This is a fast-paced, revenue-focused role where you will qualify leads, grow existing customer accounts, and support targeted sales campaigns across industrial and automotive markets.

Key Responsibilities- Generate new business by qualifying inbound leads and identifying outbound opportunities via calls and email.
- Develop and grow existing customer accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and relationship building.
- Research and uncover new sales opportunities using CRM data, market insights, and campaign leads.
- Build strong customer relationships to understand needs, processes, and application requirements.
- Work closely with Sales Managers to hand over high-value opportunities for closure.
