A bit about the role: The Regional Sales Manager will play a key role in driving revenue and margin growth by managing both direct sales and relationships. The Regional Sales Manager will provide technical support to technicians. The individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, building strong relationships with existing and new customers, and proactively providing solutions to meet customer needs. The role includes identifying new business opportunities, expanding market share, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Leading sales efforts within a defined territory, managing key accounts, tracking sales performance, and staying current on industry trends. Additionally, this role will involve working closely with marketing, product development, and support teams to optimize strategies, manage customer complaints, and oversee the execution of trade fairs and events.

What we’re looking for: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a strong background in sales and account management, ideally within an instrumentation background. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in a relevant engineering field (Electrical, Mechanical, Environmental Engineering, etc.), with 5+ years of professional experience in a similar role. Candidates must be fluent in English. Candidates must be willing to travel. We value individuals who are self-motivated, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills. You should be comfortable engaging with clients, distributors, and internal teams to drive results and contribute to the success of the organization. Experience with project management and a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets will be key to success in this role.
