About This Role We are looking for an experienced and driven Process Instrumentation Specialist to play a key role in developing and expanding our presence across the North East and West regions.

What We Are Looking For Industry Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Process Instrumentation sales within the industrial market, with a proven ability to develop new business and manage existing accounts.
Sales & Business Development: A demonstrated track record of successfully achieving sales targets, identifying opportunities, and driving business growth within the sector.
Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to devise and implement effective strategies.
Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to track performance and maintain customer data.
Negotiation & Interpersonal Skills: Expertise in negotiating and influencing, with a customer-centric approach to business.
