We\’re seeking a Technical Service Representative to support one of their food manufacturing clients across multiple sites in the wider Belfast area.

In this role, you\’ll make a real impact, helping customers boost efficiency, improve sustainability, and maintain top-notch hygiene standards.

You\’ll combine hands-on technical expertise with a consultative approach to deliver real value and build lasting partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships and introduce new programmes and innovations
• Conduct site surveys, prepare proposals, and present solutions to win new business
• Manage margins and support delivery of profit targets
• Provide technical guidance on hygiene chemicals and applications
• Resolve routine and specialist hygiene issues
• Deliver training, safety guidance, and continuous improvement support
• Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system
