Role: Field-based technical service and sales in Food & Beverage

About the Role:

We are looking for a Field Service Specialist to support food, beverage, and dairy manufacturing customers. The role combines technical service, hygiene expertise, and consultative sales to improve food safety, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Travel to customer sites 4–5 days per week is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Provide technical advice on hygiene, sanitation, and food safety
  • Troubleshoot equipment and process issues (CIP/COP systems)
  • Deliver proposals, programs, and value-added solutions
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and follow safety standards

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in Food & Beverage manufacturing
  • Technical knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and CIP/COP systems
  • Strong problem-solving and customer-facing skills
  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Full UK driving licence

Nice to Have:

  • Food technology background
  • Experience with digital tools (Power BI, apps)
  • Technical sales or consultative service experience
