We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our team in a fast paced, dynamic engineering and technical sales environment. The role involves building strong relationships with customers and colleagues, while driving sales growth within the South Wales and West region.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining and growing existing business with both End Users and OEM’s particularly within the South Wales and West region.
- Develop in depth knowledge of the products and the wider market.
- Understand customer applications to provide effective technical advice and solutions.
- Make efficient use of enquiries, time, and company resources to maximise sales performance.
- Accurately record all sales activity and customer interactions using our CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve shared goals and targets.
What We’re Looking For
- Background in instrumentation or measurement.
- Ideally, a relevant technical or engineering qualification.
- A good understanding of the sales process and how to apply it effectively.
- Highly organised, self motivated, and able to work independently.
- Confident using digital tools and CRM systems for analysis and reporting.
- Awareness of quality standards and working to ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
