You’ll be a key technical point of contact, supporting right-first-time delivery, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to departmental KPIs and support the wider Engineering Management Team.

What We’re Looking For

  • BEng or MEng in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
  • Proven experience delivering mechanical engineering designs in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to take technical ownership of complex engineering work and provide technical leadership.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Working knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP system.
  • Strong understanding of relevant engineering standards, legislation, and safety requirements.
  • Incorporated Engineer (IEng) or Chartered Engineer (CEng) status, or actively working towards professional registration.
  • Experience acting as a technical authority, including design review and approval.
  • Experience supporting customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams on technical matters.
