Prima is seeking a Compliance Manager UK to join the Compliance team and help ensure we meet regulatory requirements across the UK motor insurance distribution space.

This hands‑on role combines technical expertise with pace and good judgement to drive practical, compliant business outcomes.

You’ll work closely with the UK Country Manager, the Group Compliance Team and the UK DPO to balance regulatory obligations with customer outcomes.
