Since 2015, we’ve been using our love of data and tech to rethink motor insurance and bring drivers a great experience at a great price. Our story began in Italy, where we’ve quickly become the number one online motor insurance provider. In fact, we’re trusted by over 5 million drivers. And now we’re expanding to help millions more drivers in the UK and Spain.
To help fuel that growth, we need a People and Culture Partner to join our People team. This team is the team behind the teams. - Project management: own and deliver complex and cross-functional projects and drive progress towards business goals.
- Policy implementation and improvement: engage and coordinate with key stakeholders on data collection and policy implementation.
What we’re looking for:
- Relevant experience in a HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role operating in a global, fast-paced and global/distributed environment. Ideally within a Tech team.
- Experience in managing and resolving employees’ disciplinary issues in partnership with your business stakeholders.
- Good knowledge of Italian employment legislation and its practical application; good knowledge of the CCNL Commercio is mandatory.
- Advanced proficiency in both verbal and written English and Italian language.
- High proficiency in Google Suite applications and high confidence in data management problem-solving abilities, demonstrating ability in providing a range of potential solutions to business/employees issues.
- Organizational and relational skills to manage and correctly prioritize multiple activities, initiatives and employee relations quests/issues effectively and efficiently.
- Experience in coordinating cross-team/department activities as project manager and interacting with a wide range of stakeholders, including your peers and leadership/management teams.
