This team is the beating heart of Prima. You’ll be joining over +350 engineers across software development, infrastructure, operations and security. Fueled by curiosity, experimentation and collaboration, you’ll help deliver scalable, impactful solutions that shape the future of insurance.

What you’ll do:- Define and drive the technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Take ownership of architectural decisions, overseeing implementation while ensuring maintainability, reliability, scalability, and security.
- Support the development team in delivering high-impact initiatives on time.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth, while maintaining an engaging and motivating work environment.
- Have fun.
- A strong technical background with 5+ years of hands‑on development experience.
- 2+ years in a leadership role, managing engineering teams, overseeing development processes, and driving technical decisions.
- Experience in customer facing systems is desired.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud services and infrastructure, preferably AWS.
- Ability to shape and adapt team processes and ways of working to align with the team needs.
- Proven ability to mentor engineers by providing technical guidance, fostering critical thinking, and enhancing decision‑making skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with non-technical stakeholders and external business partners.
- Proven ability to lead initiatives from inception to successful delivery, collecting business requirements and converting them into actionable technical ones.
- Experience with Domain‑Driven Design and event‑driven architectures.
- Experience in designing and implementing microservices within large‑scale ecosystems.
