Based in the UK, Prima Power is a global leader in laser and sheet metal machinery. We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven individual to support our aftersales and engineering teams in delivering outstanding service to our customers across the UK.

What you will be doing:
- Support the customer journey, from generating quotes and following up on offers to processing orders and confirming delivery timelines.
- Coordinate service interventions β Arrange engineer visits, travel, and parts dispatch for installations or repairs.
- Procure and manage parts β Raise purchase orders, check stock in-house or with suppliers, and keep things moving.
- Keep the back office sharp β Maintain accurate service reports, prepare invoicing worksheets, and handle returns (unused, warranty, refurb).
- Customer invoicing β Timely and accurate billing to keep cashflow strong.
- Database & contract management β Stay on top of warranty terms, maintenance schedules, and customer machine records.
- Inventory & pricing oversight β Keep systems updated and price lists current.
- Support finance β Help with credit recovery processes.
