Salesforce Technical Architect | ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- 6+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 2 years in a technical leadership capacity
- Proven experience delivering complex Salesforce solutions as a Technical Architect
- Strong hands-on expertise across Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations, data modelling, and platform automation
- Experience designing scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Platform
- Strong client-facing consulting experience, including workshops, whiteboarding, solution design, and technical presentations
- Proven ability to lead and mentor Salesforce development teams, conduct code reviews, and set technical standards
- Current Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Integration Architecture Designer, or equivalent
- Right to work in the UK without sponsorship and flexibility to attend customer sites when required
Salesforce Technical Architect | DESIRED SKILLS
- Consultancy or professional services background delivering Salesforce solutions directly for enterprise clients
- Experience supporting pre-sales, technical demonstrations, and solution proposals
- Knowledge and practical interest in AI within the Salesforce ecosystem

- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, performance, integration, and maintainability best practices
