About the Role
Lead and support implementation, configuration, and management of SAP Identity Access Governance (IAG) solutions to ensure compliance and secure access.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage roles, profiles, and authorizations in SAP systems (e.g., S/4HANA, BW/4 HANA, SAC) to enforce appropriate access controls.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including IT, Compliance, and internal/external auditors, to ensure secure, integrated solutions.
- Create documentation for security processes, configurations, and user guides.
- Train internal teams and clients on best practices in SAP security.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Security and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions.
Required Skills
- Proven experience with SAP Identity Access Governance (IAG) implementation, configuration, and administration.
- Deep understanding of SAP authorization concepts, user roles, profiles, and SAP security best practices.
- Strong technical skills in SAP Fiori, SAP S/4HANA Security, SAP Identity Access Governance (IAG), Business Technology Platform (BTP), BW/4 HANA and SAC.
- Ability to assess risks, conduct root cause analysis, and implement solutions for complex security challenges.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve security issues quickly and efficiently.
- Demonstrated experience in managing security projects and delivering within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions, explain technical details, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with SAP Cloud Platform security and integration with SAP IAG is a plus.
- Ideally previously held Security Clearance/ must be eligible for Security Clearance.
