Our client, an established and rapidly evolving organisation, is seeking a Finance Manager to strengthen its financial leadership capability and ensure the business operates with clarity, commercial discipline, and long-term stability. This full-time, permanent role holds core responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and operational finance oversight.
Working across fast-moving product lines and international supply chains, the Finance Manager will maintain accurate forecasts, robust financial controls, and commercially grounded insights that support growth and profitability. Partnering closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Service teams, the Finance Manager will align financial planning with operational realities, highlight emerging risks, and drive opportunities to improve performance. A key priority will be enhancing product-level financial visibility, optimising working capital, and reducing financial inefficiencies such as slow-moving stock.

Key Responsibilities- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes across fast-moving commercial environments.
- Build and optimise end-to-end financial controls, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of financial insights.
- Manage cash flow, cost structures, margin performance, and balance sheet integrity to support strategic decision-making.
- Analyse financial data at a detailed, product-level basis and translate findings into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Customer Service to drive commercial alignment.
- Work with international suppliers or partners, including Chinese manufacturers, with an understanding of cost modelling, currency impacts, and financial risk.
- Show highly analytical, structured, and detail-focused approach, with a commitment to continuous improvement and financial discipline.
- Demonstrate resilience, proactivity, and outcome-driven mindset with the ability to prioritise strategically in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent training in financial management.
- Experience supporting financial transformation, automation, or system integration initiatives within consumer products, retail, or industrial sectors.
