This full-time, permanent role holds core responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and operational finance oversight.
Working across fast-moving product lines and international supply chains, the Finance Manager will maintain accurate forecasts, robust financial controls, and commercially grounded insights that support growth and profitability. Partnering closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Service teams, the Finance Manager will align financial planning with operational realities, highlight emerging risks, and drive opportunities to improve performance. Key Responsibilities- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes across fast-moving commercial environments.

- Manage cash flow, cost structures, margin performance, and balance sheet integrity to support strategic decision-making.
- Analyse financial data at a detailed, product-level basis and translate findings into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Customer Service to drive commercial alignment.
- Work with international suppliers or partners, including Chinese manufacturers, with an understanding of cost modelling, currency impacts, and financial risk.
