The Role

As Workshop Controller, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of a high-performing workshop. You will be responsible for managing technician productivity, workshop loading, and maintaining exceptional operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage workshop efficiency and technician utilisation
  • Allocate work effectively to the appropriate technicians
  • Control workshop loading and job flow
  • Ensure all job cards and workshop administration are completed accurately
  • Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion
  • Liaise closely with Service Advisors, Technicians, Warranty and Administration teams
  • Ensure completed work is processed correctly for invoicing
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and operational performance
