An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Transaction Manager to join a successful and high-performing dealership in Eltham.

The Role:

This is a hands-on position where you will play a key role in driving profitability and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will work closely with the Sales Manager and wider team to maximise sales opportunities across vehicles, finance, and add-on products. You will be responsible for progressing deals, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring full compliance throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team in closing deals and maximising profit opportunities
  • Stack deals, including part exchange valuations
  • Present and tailor finance packages to suit customer needs
  • Sell finance, insurance products, GAP, and add-ons
  • Ensure branch targets for sales and finance are achieved
