Used Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager Location: Kent Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £30,000 + OTE £65,000 The Opportunity We are recruiting for an experienced Used Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager to join an established and growing automotive dealership in Medway, Kent. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to take responsibility for the used commercial vehicle department, leading a small team and driving sales, profitability and overall departmental performance. The Role As Used Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include: Managing and motivating a team of three Used Vehicle Sales Executives. Managing the used vehicle forecourt and ensuring stock is presented to a high standard. Overseeing used vehicle purchasing and stock selection. Driving used vehicle sales and finance performance. Achieving and exceeding departmental sales and profitability targets. Maximising gross profit and overall department performance. Developing the team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales objectives. Monitoring performance against agreed KPIs and taking appropriate action where required. About You We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a minimum of three years' management experience, ideally within the automotive sector. Commercial vehicle experience would be advantageous, although it is not essential as full manufacturer-specific training will be provided. You will ideally be: An experienced and proven Sales Manager. Commercially focused with a strong understanding of sales and profitability. Confident managing, motivating and developing a sales team. Target-driven and results-oriented. Organised, proactive and able to manage stock effectively. Customer-focused with excellent communication skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment. Working Hours Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm What's on Offer Permanent, full-time position. Competitive salary.
