Join a busy and successful dealership where you’ll play a key role in keeping vehicle operations running smoothly across the site. We’re looking for an organised and proactive individual to manage vehicle stock, movements, and on-site presentation. You’ll work closely with both Sales and Service teams to ensure everything runs efficiently and to a high standard.
The Role
As a Site Co-Ordinator, you’ll oversee the movement, storage, and display of new and used vehicles, helping to deliver a seamless operation and great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily flow of vehicles to and from the workshop
- Organise and oversee on-site parking areas
- Maintain the display of courtesy and stock vehicles
- Arrange vehicle collections, returns, and transfers
- Ensure showroom and forecourt displays meet company standards
- Monitor and progress trade vehicles through relevant channels
- Check in and log all new, used, and part-exchange vehicles
- Build strong working relationships across departments
