We’re looking for an organised and proactive individual to manage vehicle stock, movements, and on-site presentation. You’ll work closely with both Sales and Service teams to ensure everything runs efficiently and to a high standard.

The Role

As a Site Co-Ordinator, you’ll oversee the movement, storage, and display of new and used vehicles, helping to deliver a seamless operation and great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily flow of vehicles to and from the workshop
  • Organise and oversee on-site parking areas
  • Maintain the display of courtesy and stock vehicles
  • Arrange vehicle collections, returns, and transfers
  • Ensure showroom and forecourt displays meet company standards
  • Monitor and progress trade vehicles through relevant channels
