About the Role

We’re seeking a commercially driven Franchise Manager to act as the key link between our Automotive Group and the Manufacturer across Kent. You’ll be responsible for driving profitability, improving performance, and ensuring full compliance and alignment across multiple franchise sites. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on delivering strong financial results, developing high-performing teams, and maintaining excellent manufacturer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison with the OEM, managing relationships and ensuring brand compliance
  • Drive sales performance across New, Used, and Fleet operations
  • Deliver budgeted profit targets and improve margin performance
  • Oversee F I performance and ensure compliant, effective sales processes
  • Lead, coach, and hold Sales Managers accountable for results
  • Review P L performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Support recruitment, training, and development of key dealership staff
  • Improve customer experience and monitor NPS across all sites
  • Work with marketing teams to increase lead generation and showroom traffic
