OTE £45,000+ (Uncapped – Based on Performance)

My client is looking to recruit an experienced Car Sales Executive to join their already successful and high-performing team.
The Role:
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving vehicle sales while delivering outstanding customer service. This is a target-driven role that requires energy, professionalism, and a genuine hunger for success.
You will be expected to sell:
- New and used vehicles
- Finance packages
- Add-on products
- Warranties and associated products
- Proven experience in upselling finance and related products is essential.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years’ main dealer experience
- Solid and proven sales track record
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent closing and negotiation skills
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Motor trade experience is essential
