Drive used car sales performance, consistently working towards and exceeding sales targets. Support, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team. Maximise profitability across vehicle sales, finance, insurance, and additional products. Manage used vehicle stock levels to meet customer demand and sales objectives. Ensure full compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health and safety standards. Monitor sales processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability. Maintain high operational standards across the sales department. Proven experience in an automotive sales leadership or management role. Strong communication, leadership, coaching, and motivational skills. Excellent understanding of dealership sales processes and used car retailing. Commercially minded, with a strong focus on sales performance and profitability.
