About the Role:
As part of a busy and successful sales team, you’ll play a vital role in driving performance and delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Selling new and used vehicles
- Upselling finance, warranties, and insurance products
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a main dealership sales role
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of finance and add-on products
- Excellent communication and closing skills
- Full UK driving licence (clean)
- Motivated, energetic, and target-driven
