Salary: Up to £30,000 + OTE £36,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading main dealership representing a highly desirable automotive brand in Tunbridge Wells.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, professional welcome to customers visiting the service department.
- Book vehicles in for servicing, maintenance, and repairs.
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process, providing accurate updates and estimated completion times.
- Liaise effectively with workshop technicians to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
- Complete service administration accurately and efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or within the automotive retail industry.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A professional, confident, and well-presented manner.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work in a busy environment.
- A positive attitude and excellent team-working skills.
- Good administrative and computer skills.
- A full UK driving licence.
