Sales Administrator to join their busy and friendly team.

The Role
Working within a fast-paced sales administration department, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of vehicle sales from order through to delivery, while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Bringing new and used vehicles into stock.
- Preparing and managing vehicle deal packs.
- Carrying out vehicle history checks.
- Taxing and registering vehicles.
- Raising vehicle invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Processing vehicle funding and used stock.
- Liaising with the sales team, finance companies and external suppliers.
- Ensuring all administration is completed accurately and in line with manufacturer and company procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Previous
Sales Administration experience within a main dealership is essential.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
- Professional communication skills with a positive, team-focused attitude.
- Reliable, trustworthy, flexible and able to work in a busy environment.
- Working Pattern
Full-time, 5-day working week.
Working hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm.
Weekend working is a permanent part of the role , with either Saturday or Sunday worked each week as part of your five-day working pattern.
- In return, you'll receive one weekday off each week , ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
