Busy Main Dealer in Bromley Looking to Grow Their Existing Team!
Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: Up to £35,000 (up to £37,000 for a more experienced candidate)
- Realistic OTE: £40,000 – £42,500
- Attractive bonus scheme and benefits
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
- No Saturdays!
We're looking for a Service/MOT Technician to join a busy and experienced workshop in Bromley.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys carrying out servicing, repairs and general maintenance. An MOT Licence would be a huge advantage, but it isn't essential.
Whether you're currently working in an independent garage or a main dealership, we'd love to hear from you. Main dealer experience is not required – if you're looking to take the next step in your career, this could be the perfect opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out routine servicing, maintenance and repair work, including brakes, exhausts and general mechanical repairs.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults accurately.
- Inspect, maintain and repair vehicle systems to a high standard.
- Provide accurate repair estimates and keep the Service Team informed throughout.
- Advise customers on future maintenance requirements.
- Complete all workshop documentation and job records accurately.
What We're Looking For
- Level 3 qualification in Motor Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).
- Full UK driving licence.
- MOT Licence (desirable but not essential).
- Own tools (desirable).
- A positive attitude, excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic. xgikmsk
