An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Advisor to join an established automotive team in Guernsey as a Senior Service Advisor.
Working within a busy Service Department, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, supporting the smooth running of daily operations, and ensuring customers receive a professional and efficient experience throughout their vehicle's servicing and repair journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Welcome customers into the service reception and act as a professional first point of contact.
- Book vehicles into the workshop and advise customers on anticipated repair timescales.
- Liaise with colleagues to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Service Department.
- Maintain accurate customer records, service documentation, and administrative information.
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding their vehicles and service requirements.
- Apply your knowledge of the motor trade to support the effective day-to-day running of the department.
- Maintain a smart, professional appearance and represent the business positively at all times.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally have:
- Previous experience working as a Service Advisor within the motor trade.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A friendly, professional, and approachable manner.
- A smart and professional appearance.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to contribute to a team.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage daily responsibilities effectively.
- A full, valid UK driving licence.
