THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day running and performance of a busy service department.
You’ll lead from the front, manage and develop your team, drive departmental performance and ensure every customer receives an outstanding experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage the service department on a daily basis.
- Manage, motivate and develop the service team.
- Drive customer satisfaction, retention and overall customer experience.
- Monitor and improve departmental KPIs and profitability.
- Maximise workshop efficiency, productivity and utilisation.
- Ensure high standards of quality, compliance and manufacturer processes.
- Coach and support your team to achieve individual and departmental targets.
- Deal confidently with customer escalations and ensure issues are resolved professionally.
- Work closely with the wider dealership management team to drive overall business performance.
ABOUT YOU
- We’re looking for an experienced automotive professional who can demonstrate:
- Previous experience as a Service Manager within a franchised/main dealership.
- Strong knowledge of service and workshop operations.
- Proven leadership and people-management skills.
- A strong understanding of departmental KPIs and commercial performance.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- The confidence to lead, motivate and develop a team.
- A professional, driven and commercially aware approach.
- A genuine passion for the motor industry.
