As a Multi Skilled Worker Plasterer you will be completing all repair and improvement work safely, efficiently and to client satisfaction. To actively participate in ensuring any safeguarding or repair concerns are noted and reported. Location: Liverpool, Sefton, Wirral Salary: 33,530, per annum Multi Trade Skilled - Plasterer Main Duties: To be able to perform a range of repairs, maintenance and improvement works as required. To be able to locate properties in various surrounding areas and effectively use a map and take directions. To organise daily jobs effectively and independently, taking into consideration job priority and appointments made. To assist colleagues in ensuring timely completion of jobs. To document all orders and job sheets efficiently and produce accurate reports regarding works undertaken and properties visited. To communicate effectively with internal office staff, colleagues, managers and customers.
