Prima Group in the North West is seeking a Neighbourhood Housing Officer to deliver front-line housing management, tenancy support, ASB and safeguarding casework within a community-focused locality model.

You will work across a small patch of under 300 properties, building strong relationships with tenants, supporting tenancy sustainment, and collaborating with external partners to promote safe, vibrant and sustainable places to live.
