As the Governance Officer you will be providing an effective governance service to support core business and ensure regulatory compliance, focusing on best business practices to improve quality and efficiency.

Location: Flexible hybrid working arrangements between home and Prima offices (Columbus Quay and Twickenham Drive)

Salary: 37,057 Per Annum

Main Duties:

  • Act as the liaison between the leadership team and Board members, developing briefings as and when required to convey key messages to both employees and members.
  • Offer advice and support to colleagues when preparing reports and briefings to Board members.
  • Accountable for supporting and servicing Boards and Committee meetings; including secretariat service, minute taking, meeting coordination and forward planning, to enable effective management of the Group.
  • Provide input to the quarterly in-depth Governance Report and all associated ad hoc or regular reports required for all Boards and Committees.
  • Provide a day-to-day governance service including designing and developing processes, advising Boards and employees on requirements and reviewing and challenging.
