As an Estate Operative, you will be responsible for the following:
- Ensure the delivery of a high quality and efficient void clearance service by removing all goods, items of furniture and floor coverings as directed, leaving the property in a tidy manner and ready for the next phase of the voids and lettings process.
- Ensure duties are undertaken in line with daily task schedules provided.
- Ensure that standards of work are delivered to a high standard to maximise efficiency of the clearance process.
- Report repairs and identified hazards as necessary, adopting an ‘eyes wide open’ approach and being mindful of safeguarding and associated policy and procedure.
- Assist customers with any queries about the service and signpost them to other services as required.
- Ensure all customers and members of the public are dealt with in a polite and courteous way.
- Participate in community events and clean up days as and when required.
