Prima continues to grow its domestic and international footprint and is seeking a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our marketing team.
The Role
If you love bringing ideas to life through high-quality designs for digital and print — from sales collateral and flyers to product labels and brand ads — this role is made for you. You will be a confident self-starter who is also comfortable taking direction and detailed feedback.
Collateral and Artworking
You will work closely with our Graphic Designer to support 14 departments with creative solutions – producing everything from posters and signage to slick presentation decks and other internal comms assets. You'll help ensure everything aligns with our brand guidelines and be hands-on in producing graphics for our external comms from email marketing assets to brand merch and exhibition stand designs.
Package Design Support
You'll create attention-grabbing product labels and packaging that help us stand out from our competitors, all while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Brand and Project Support
You'll play a big part in delivering bold and creative projects, exhibitions, and internal and external events that bring our brand to life.
What you will need:
- Advanced IT skills - Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) essential
- Proven typographic and illustrative skills and understanding of key design principles and artworking
- To be able to demonstrate an understanding of print and production
- Skills in After Effects, Premier and 3D rendering would be beneficial
- The ability to interpret briefs and have confidence for developing creative ideas and bringing them to life
- Innovation, curiosity and creativity
- Be driven and open to direction and feedback
- Happy to follow Brand Guidelines
