Your responsibilities will include: Conducting internal checks, including incoming goods and finished product testing Recording and analysing data on our cheese testing database Maintaining paperwork and sample traceability Supporting food safety, quality, and new product development initiatives What You’ll Bring: Degree in Food Science and Nutrition (desirable) Previous experience in a food environment Understanding of QC testing methods and sampling procedures Strong IT and written communication skills Ability to manage your workload independently and effectively under pressure Experience using quality management systems and maintaining documentation Why Prima?
