QC Technician
Part Time Position – 20 hours per week
Based in Seaham.

Exporting our products to over 55 countries worldwide. Prima continues to grow its domestic and international footprint and has an exciting role for a part time QC Technician to join our company.
Essential Requirements
Are you a good communicator, organised and detail orientated with high levels of accuracy? If so, this role could be for you!
The successful candidate will be developing, maintaining and verifying internal checks such as incoming goods testing (raw materials). They will also conduct and monitor finished product testing and record findings on the Cheese Testing database. Scanning and maintaining paperwork to ensure traceability and the organisation of samples will also be a part of day to day at Prima.
A degree in Food Science and Nutrition is desirable along with experience in a food factory environment with an understanding of quality, food safety and new product development.
