Essential Requirements
Are you highly organised, professional and personable with good level of administration skills? If so, this role could be for you!
This job would suit someone who enjoys and takes pride in providing a warm and professional welcome, hosting visitors and providing suitable refreshments.
The successful candidate will be supporting with administration activities, maintaining stationary stocks, processing incoming and outgoing post and deliveries, file organisation and document archiving and other weekly and ad hoc tasks.
Excellent planning skills are vital for this role to plan you will be organising and manage on site events, including arrangements as required for visitors, guests, catering and logistical support.
What you will need
· Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
· IT Skills – Microsoft
· Ability to work independently
· Friendly, demeanour and professional telephone manner
· Previous experience in a front of house or administration role would be beneficial
