An Exciting Opportunity to Join Our Marketing Team
We’re on the lookout for a talented Content Producer to bring our brand and messages to life across digital platforms, internal comms and B2B campaigns. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives on storytelling, loves digging into data and can write with clarity, warmth and impact.
This varied role will work with multiple departments, from People & Culture and Commercial to Marketing, shaping the voice of Prima both externally and internally. If you enjoy translating strategy into engaging content and have passion for writing, this could be your perfect next step.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation
- Craft high-quality, engaging content for digital platforms including blogs, articles and email marketing
- Develop and manage content to support our customers, internal comms and People & Culture initiatives
Copywriting
- Write clear and informative copy for brand initiatives from marketing collateral to product descriptions
- Work closely with the various departments to produce scripts for training modules and other People & Culture initiatives
- Tailor content for different audiences, ensuring messaging resonates across B2B and internal communications
Email Marketing
- Develop and own the email marketing strategy for our external communications
- Create engaging copy and visuals tailored for a B2B audience to educate and inspire
- Test, analyse and report on email performance to refine strategies and improve engagement
Marketing Campaigns
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, execute and deliver multichannel campaigns aimed at driving leads and brand awareness
- Use data driven insights to optimise campaign effectiveness
Internal Communications Support
- Support the Events and Communications Coordinator with internal initiatives to keep employees informed and engaged
- Lead award submissions by coordinating efforts across departments
Website Content Management
- Assist in website redevelopment project
- Regularly update and optimise web pages with a focus on SEO
- Use data to provide recommendations to enhance website visibility and traffic. PPC knowledge is a bonus
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Produce comprehensive monthly reports tracking marketing performance across web, email, events and internal initiatives
- Identify trends and actionable insights to refine marketing strategies
What you’ll bring to the team
- A strong passion for writing and storytelling across multiple formats
- Knowledge of SEO and an understanding of content best practices
- An analytical mindset with confidence in interpreting and acting on data
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- A collaborative, can do attitude and clear communication style
- Experience with PPC or website CMS platforms is a plus
