Prima continues to grow its domestic and international footprint and is seeking a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our marketing team.

The Role

If you love bringing ideas to life through high-quality designs for digital and print — from sales collateral and flyers to product labels and brand ads — this role is made for you.

  • Collateral and Artworking: You will work alongside our Graphic Designer to support 14 departments with creative solutions, producing everything from posters and signage to slick presentation desks and other internal comms assets. You’ll help ensure everything aligns with our brand identity and be hands-on in producing graphics for our external comms from email marketing assets to brand merch and exhibition stand designs.
  • Product Design Support: Working closely with our Graphic Designer, you’ll create attention-grabbing product labels and packaging that help us stand out from our competitors, all while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Brand and Project Support: You’ll play a big part in delivering bold and creative projects, exhibitions, and internal and external events that bring our brand to life.

What you will need:

  • Advanced IT skills - Adobe Suite – InDesign – Illustrator and Photoshop – Essential
  • Proven graphic design and illustrative skills and understanding of key design principles and artworking
  • To be able to demonstrate an understanding of print and production
  • Skills in After Effects, Premier, Motion Graphics and 3D rendering would be beneficial
  • The ability to interpret briefs and have a flare for developing creative ideas and bringing them to life
  • Excellent eye for detail
  • Organisation skills – maintain files/assets
  • Innovation, curiosity and creativity
  • Friendly demeanour and professional attitude
