You\’ll be at the forefront of designing and developing innovative solutions that bridge the gap between business and engineering. In particular we expect you to take the lead in developing the tools, microservices and infrastructure for our projectswork in a dynamic team of engineers within the sales area, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and supportcollaborate closely with product managers and our stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutionsgrow, read, stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, tools, and trends to ensure Prima remains at the cutting edge of insurance technology Requirements: – Experience in TDD, familiar with Agile and Lean principles, ideally with knowledge of XP and its practices- 3+ years of experience in software development- Strong knowledge of software design and architecture- Passion for programming, willingness to explore new technologies, and a commitment to coding best practices- Proficiency in at least one programming language of our stack (Elixir, PHP or Rust) is a plus, but we also value those who are eager to learn.- Experience with DevOps practices- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teamsNice to have: – Proficiency in cloud-based systems (preferably AWS)- Familiarity with Domain Driven Design- Experience in infrastructure as code (eg Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi), container orchestration (eg K8s, Knative) and Service meshPlease, keep in mind that we are evaluating mid and senior-level profiles.
